Please note that your dues are considered late on the 30th. There is a $20 late fee applied to your account for each month that you are overdue. You can mail your payment to the lockbox at:

If you would like to sign up for automatic draft through LRES, please fill out the bank draft form below and return it to LRES at 1218 N. Howe St. Southport, NC 28461.

Instructions on how to register for the Owner's Portal where you can pay online, may be found on the Owner's Portal page of this website.  Additionally, you can setup bill pay through your bank so you don't miss a payment.

Street parking is for short, temporary gatherings. Overnight street parking is not permitted. Parking on the grass or around drainage ditches is not permitted at any time.

Overflow parking is available at the post office and pool lots.

One Realtor For Sale sign is permitted as long as they are of reasonable height and style.

No other signs are permitted on any property, except a name identification sign that is 3’ or under.
