Carolina Place and SeaSpray Cove and Villas share use of the pool, which is managed by Carolina Place HOA via LRES Association Management.
Pool key cards of existing homes are provided by the seller. Please ensure you provide your pool card to the purchaser if you sell your home. New owners will need to fill out the pool form with their updated information and submit to LRES to ensure accurate records.
If you do not have a pool card, they are available through LRES for $20 for the first key, and $50 for a replacement key to be paid by the homeowner. Only one pool access card is issued per house. Lost or misplaced cards by tenants must be reported to LRES immediately.
