Any exterior modifications, additions to your home, or structural changes must have prior written pre approval from your Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please submit detailed applications to LRES with the $25 review fee payable to Carolina Place HOA. The ACC strives to issue timely responses, but can take up to thirty days, therefore please do not schedule work or purchase materials until written approval has been received.
