Carolina Place homeowners and tenants may rent space in the boat storage lot for $15 per month. SeaSpray Villas and Cove may rent space at a monthly rate of $25 made payable to Carolina Place HOA c/o LRES.
The assigned spaces are first come first serve and require all renters to submit a Release of Liability and Registration form and submit to LRES.
Please note that recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, or anything similar are not permitted to be parked in driveways for more than 48 hours.
